My biggest complaint was simply that the laptop sleeve placement against the back isnt the most comfortable and that the waist strap is sold separately

It has several compartments that are easily accessible, including a zippered pocket at the top that's perfect for keys and cell phones

This is one of the best carry-on luggage options if you are trying to pack lightly and efficiently with its dedicated shoe compartment, padded laptop compartment, and leather-wrapped top handle

Opening the medium compartment, we found a big pool of water sitting at the bottom, even though the material in the pocket appeared dry
