Every 9 KILR Worm is made using the same proven methods DeLong Lures has used for generations: Hand-poured soft plastic Hand-tied internal rig using 40 lb braided Kevlar line Anise oil mixed directly into the plastic for long-lasting scent Designed to outlast standard pre-rigged worms This is not a disposable bait its built to keep fishing

Realistic 3D eyes, gill plates and sharp Mustad hooks

Conversely, darker and/or more solid colors like black, white, junebug, and pb&j help soft plastics stand out much better in dirtier waters

The drug for me in fishing is the element of surprise

The bad part of that is that bass often swallow these if you wait too long to strike, so use a barbless hook to give the bass a better chance of surviving after release

So the best saltwater fishing rods must be stronger, too
