This rod has some serious power
I do buy into the fact that if you lock down your drag with these reels and use them as a winch to horse your catches in, you will run into problems down the road, so the simple solution is, don't do that with these types of reels and let your drag do the work
It reminds me a little bit of the Redington Behomoth design and I am a huge fan of that piece of engineering as well
If you dont find any at your local tackle shop, ask if they will make a wholesale purchase and then package in smaller quantities for retail sale
Each reel type employs a slight variation of the basic cast and retrieve method which well review below
You may still be able to use different lures on this rod and reel, but it will not fish them ALL to their full potential
