One of my go to rods for this technique is the 7-foot Medium action Dobyns Champion XP Spinning rod

For example Japanese SPJ style is to work the rod for the jig action and then fight the fish with reel drag and 180 degree of rod in the water where the point of rod is directed at fish which is the conservative way, and then came out other brands suck as Hearty Rise with the Slow Jig III (SJ3) Rod that has become a big game changer that allows to both have amazing action to the jig and also fish the fish with the rod at 60 and 90 degree angel which allows you to put force and pump the fish, even the assist hooks are different only two on the jig

There are 132 colors of the Yamamoto Senko on the market, but most anglers only throw some version of green pumpkin (which, while were on the subject, doesnt actually look anything like the color of a real green pumpkin)

Frozen baits include: Squid Sardines Anchovies Herring Mackerel Shrimp When using frozen bait, it is important to thaw the bait before you put it on your hook
