Caol Ila 33yo G&M Whisky this 15 year old isAn Islay single malt Scotch whisky by independent bottler Gordon & Macphail (G&M). This 33yo from Caol Ila was distilled in 1984 and bottled in 2017, exclusively for Lu Maison du Whisky in France. Only 165 bottles produced. Bottled at a cask strength of 52. 7%. Nose: Rich and characterised by a medicinal, spicy and floral peat. Allowed to breathe, it becomes honeyed and chocolatey. Palate: Peaty, medicinal and salty. With an intense smoke that coats
