Aizu Tamamushi-nuri Goblet / Takao Togashi strainer Size: φ127 x H67mmThis elegant lacquered goblet features the Aizu Tamamushi nuri finish on the exterior, with a deep, iridescent sheen reminiscent of the jewel beetles wings. The interior is crafted using a distinctive technique where tin powder is gently sprinkled onto the surface, followed by a final lacquer coating. This process not only imparts a subtle shimmer but also helps to conceal scratches, ensuring the goblet retains its sophisticated appearance over time.
