I have owned this exact paper cutter with DRP markings where that little rounded shaped area is on the Bakelite so I know this style was produced before the war but this could be early post-war made and they eliminated the markings
but still has a fair amount of the original graphics
There are buttons underneath the neck on the back (a lot of German fashion from the era has rather tight collars)
Inside is all text based stories
