Ayaz Rug An early 20th century AfsharA superior antique early 20th century Yuruk village rug from south east Anatolia. The field composed of bands of archaic motifs within a soft apricot main border of hooked, quartered medallions. Flatwoven, brocaded ends which are intact unusual for a rug of this age. Soft palette. Lustrous wool and soft handle. Slight even wear. 180 x 120cm
