Each stem can reach up to 6' tall and 4' wide. Produces large orange red flowers. Easily propagated from offsets. Hardy to Zone 10 (30 35 F). Mammillaria will not survive a hard frost. However, cactus can easily be grown indoors under grow lights or in a sunny window if there is a risk of temperatures dropping below
