Apparition Beige When I can break up

When I can break up the picture plane by playing with big light and dark shapes like this

omnipotent

I did get many looks at the beautiful lights and colors of Times Square

and I was drawn to the bright

and here it sets the key for all of the colors throughout the composition

Apparition Beige When I can break upThis moment comes from the "plateau" area between Nashville and Knoxville, Tennessee, near the community of Crossville. It's an interesting area that I'm just beginning to explore in my artwork. With its elevation, it's a little cooler there in the summertime than in Knoxville, adding to its appeal. I caught this view following a rainy start to the day, just as the clouds were breaking and the sun was beginning to make an appearance.
