The text roughly translates to "The unbeatable, radical solution to unwanted facial and body hair. Doctor recommended." It also won several international awards in Brussels in 1932 and London in 1933. It is in OK condition with wear to the finish, light dents and a little rust. It stands about 2 3 4" tall and is about 2 3 4" in diameter.
