The HEPA air cleaners have (2) DM900 0191 lamps inside. These germicidal UVC lamps kill inhibit airborne bacteria, viruses, mold spores, fungus, and microbial growth without producing ozone. Typically replaced every 2 3 years based on normal environment. (cycling UVC lamps on off will shorten their life)
