Yokogawa ALR121-S50 S1 Serial Communication Module ControlEdge 900 Water treatment plants integrating mixed-protocolTechnical Overview The ALR121 S50 S1 is a serial communication interface module for Yokogawa CENTUM VP and ProSafe RS systems. It enables deterministic data exchange between the DCS and external subsystems such as PLCs, MCCs, VFDs, and analytical instruments that communicate via serial protocols. Supporting RS 422 and RS 485, the module allows reliable integration of multi drop serial networks into the Yokogawa control architecture, extending
