There is some wear on the edges and a small tear on the flap near the snap

Nice cotton house dress or simple day dress for summer

The shoulder straps button into the waist - there are two button holes on each strap so the length is slightly adjustable

but does have a few small issues

MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 38" Waist 30 1 4" Hips free Length 44" Made of a nice heavy weight material. Metal buttons with edelweiss flowers on them. It appears to be handmade as there are some uneven seams (it is mostly well done, in my opinion). Side metal "Opti" zipper marked "Made In Germany." Some wear loose stitching along the collar. There are a few pulls in the material.
