In my opinion
there are 3 spots on the side for small straps like on a bicycle pouch and the diameter of the straps is about right for a bicycle frame
The spine is a little rough but the book is still holding together

Large Army Cable Reel pre-WWII The dates range from 1940Original large Wehrmacht cable reel. These were not intended for use with phone wire but were generally used for cable for securing radio aerials and I believe also for det wire. This one does not have any markings. The paint is in very good condition and this one appears to have only ever been lightly used at most. These are becoming fairly hard to find.
