Croithli Single Malt Oak Series Quercus Robur46% abv 700ml Pinot Noir Rose or delicate Asian dishes suchQuercus Robur is a departure away from traditional spirit casks. Robur is most often used for European Oak sherry casks. The wood itself is more porous than either of the Patraea or Alba species, and much less sweet. The trees grow throughout Europe, but ours come from the highly prized region of Slavonia in Croatia Lunjak casks. 46% ABV.
