The bottom is marked Franz Prause Nieder Salzbrunn. This company closed in 1933. The area they were from is now in Poland. This brand of cigarette advertised regularly in the military magazine "Die Wehrmacht" the two ads in the photo are from 1939 and 1940 issues.
