I do not see a maker

the army contracts with manufacturers limited their access to the same equipment

We have examples of this construction from the mid 1800's throughout both world wars

There are a few age spots on the paper and some rust on the pin. It measures about 2 1 2" tall. Price is for one. We have a few available, all in similar condition although there is slight variation on the pin.
