MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 39" Waist 32" Length 27" Named to H. Isabelle Pickett and has lieutenant bars on the shoulders. It is marked a size 16 reg. and is dated 1942. Condition: As is. There are several moth holes scattered throughout. There is also some pulling (moth tracking) in the material (not quite holes) see photos. There are a few white spots and discoloration.
