Bruichladdich 23yo SIG Paul John originally launched at the WhiskyA single cask release of Bruichladdich bottled by Signatory (SIG) under their Un Chillfiltered Collection. Distilled on 21 October 1992, matured for 23 years in two hogshead casks and bottled on 7 January 2016. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. Nose: Soft and sweet with notes of crme brle, stewed fruit and digestive biscuits. Spicy. Palate: Rich, spiced palate with notes of cut hay, aniseed and marmalade. Very faint hints of
