S&W 2206 grips (smooth #5) screw The original screws will workThese are replacement grips for Smith & Wesson models 2206, 422 and 622. These do not fit any other models. The grip screw holes are approximately 2 7 8" apart. These do not fit the 2213 2214 models as the grips on those models are shorter in length from top to bottom, and the screw holes are closer together. This hand selected smooth set is carved out of naturally dried fancy English walnut. We do not stain our grips, therefore each grip is unique in
