It does not have the raw shock of the debut and it is not as fully sharpened as The Headless Children, but it absolutely has it's own appeal. This is W. A. S. P. in full mid 80s excess, leaning into sleaze, hooks, and a big theatrical hard rock sound without completely losing it's teeth.
