Americano Bottle:1 Slow Press is a homageThis bitter is made with a grape base of Grignolino from Piedmont. The color is deep cherry, as opposed to the typical chocolate color of most bitters. The resulting bitter is much more fruit driven. Full of cherries and quinine. This can be enjoyed straight or, try it with ice and an orange rind as garnish.
