Buckhorn Honey Whiskey skus_6043448 Our winemakers are definitely notBuckhorn Honey Whiskey marries a three year old straight rye whiskey with locally sourced wildflower honey. The rye is distilled from a high rye mash bill and rested in char #3 American oak barrels before marrying. The honey is gently warmed to preserve its floral aromatics, then blended and homogenized with the rye spirit. The final liqueur is bottled at 30% ABV.
