Inspired by tradition

w/ a full mouth feel not typical to Gin

The Seeker sought their Malbec high in the foothills of the Andes Mountains in Mendoza where the altitude and soils produce perfectly ripened fruit

look for jalapeno pepper and oaky

With a finish that lingers and lingers

Pascual Toso Malbec Alta Reserve Las Barrancas Vineyards 2015 sku_2101018 Inspired by traditionThis is a solid red with a dense and chewy texture. Full bodied, layered and rich. Tight and focused. Very pretty. Drink now or hold. (Suckling) Slightly oakier was the 2014 Malbec Alta Reserva with notes of toast, dark chocolate and roasted coffee over a core of ripe fruit. The palate is medium to full bodied with fine tannins and too much toast covering the violets. Wait? I think its silly to have more oak because the wine is more expensive.
