Nose: Aromas of green apple, lime zest, and white peach, with floral notes of honeysuckle and jasmine. There is a touch of stone fruit, like apricot, and a hint of spice, such as ginger or white pepper, which is characteristic of some of the varietals in the blend. Minerality is also present, reminiscent of wet stones and a touch of sea spray. Palate: Light to medium bodied
