Laurent Ponsot Bourgogne Rouge 2017 sku_2035664 followed by maceration on theRed fruity and sappy nose of cherries, strawberries, woodsmoke, a complex base of soil and a touch of Chambolle mustard seed in the upper register. On the palate the wine is deep, full bodied and quite succulent out of the blocks, with a good core, fine focus and grip and a long, tangy finish.
