As with all Billard wines, the vines are tended naturally and with minimal inputs (although Rafael, the horse, doesnt get down to this part of Burgundy often enough to take part in the vineyard work). In the warm, dry, 2019 vintage, the vines produced super ripe and concentrated Pinot Noir
