San Cassiano Amarone Della Valpolicella 75cl 70cl PX and Red Wine casksCrafted from carefully selected Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella grapes, this full bodied, dry wine undergoes a distinctive appassimento process, allowing the grapes to dry and intensify their flavours. Palate: A velvety texture complemented by notes of Cocao, Vanilla and subtle spices. Nose: Rich aromas of ripe Plum, dark Cherry and dried Fig, intertwined with hints of chocolate and espresso. Finish: Flavours of black pepper and raisin.
