Here fermentation takes place in stainless steel or in traditional Mosel 'Fuder' (1000 litre barrels)

and a restrained tannin structure – but one that is more than sufficient to allow for at least another 5-7 years of graceful aging

Nose, Very sophisticated, elegant blueberry based flavor. Also sensed cassis. Its 2015 vintage but already has some extent of complicity. Vanilla oak nuance. Deep colour but sophisticated elegance reminds me of mountains climate, and also affected by the sea by means of this fruitiness.
